WWE Summerslam 2018 Results Prediction: Roman Reigns Defeats Brock Lesnar?

WWE Summerslam 2018 Results Prediction: Roman Reigns Defeats Brock Lesnar? Or Braun Strowman Becomes Universal Champion, All Questions to Be Answered At Summerslam 2018.

The WWE Summerslam is hardly a day away, come Sunday, August 19, 2018, will get to see the biggest wrestling event of the summer taking place Brooklyn New York. Sportsfeista brings you WWE Summerslam 2018 results predictions.

All eyes are on the result of the universal championship, ever since Brock Lesnar decided to move back to UFC, the speculations started building of Brock losing the title. The other big match of the Summerslam is Rhonda Rousey vs Alexa Bliss, these two matches are going to be the highlight of the Summerslam 2018. Though Summerslam is a co-branded event where both Smackdown and Raw superstars will take part, however, SD Live doesn’t have any strong story to offer.

AJ Styles will be defending his title against Samoa Joe, the story still looked to be bit undercooked. WWE creative team didn’t get enough time to work on this story. The other big match which SD live is offering is the triple threat match between Women’s Champion Carmella, Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair. Both the title defences at SD live hasn’t created enough speculations and interest. Also, WWE failed to utilize superstars like Boby Lashley & Randy Orton to optimum effect for Summerslam 2018.

WWE Summerslam 2018 Results Prediction:

Universal Championship Brock Lesnar vs Roman Reigns:

Well many people including me did not like this booking, Roman Reigns yet again against Brock Lesnar. The booked Boby Lashley a few months back and he looked to be the perfect candidate to challenge Brock Lesnar. Brock vs Boby could have a far more interesting than Reigns vs Lesnar which has become boring. Let’s talk about the results, the fate of Universal Championship is still undecided, whether Roman wins which highly likely or Lesnar wins Money In The Bank contract is most likely to be cashed in. If WWE hadn’t book Money In The Bank stake match between Braun & Kevin then Braun could have easily been the next Universal Champion.

Raw Womens Champion Alexa Bliss vs Rhonda Rousey:

This is one of the main events that WWE is offering at Summerslam 2018. The crowning of Rhonda Rousey is almost certain. WWE should not make the same mistake what they made with Asuka after the undefeated streak now her career is seeing a downfall and she is not even in the scheme of Summerslam. WWE sure wouldn’t like to waste a talent like Rhonda Rousey the baddest women on the planet will take the title.

SmackDown Champion AJ Styles vs Samoa Joe:

The title change is highly like here as well, AJ Styles have so far very successful in his title defences. If AJ Styles win again then WWE creatives will find it difficult to take Styles vs Joe feud forward. It will be very difficult to find a suitable opponent for Styles. Styles is done with Nakamura and Orton is at moment is after Hardy. It will be a wise decision to give Joe his due with title exchange at Summerslam and then let Styles chase his title and take this feud forward.

SD Live Women’s Champion Carmella vs Beck Lynch Vs Charlotte Flair:

This is going to the old fashion way, Carmell going to hold on to the title. If you a take look at the past track record of the triple threat, fatal four or five-way matches it is the current champion who comes out victorious against all odds. It was the same case last year as Lesnar retained the title in a Fatal Four Way.
