One of the oldest Tennis championship Wimbledon is underway. Top tennis players are fighting it out to become the champion of Wimbledon 2017. In United States you can watch Wimbledon through ESPN, ESPN2, WatchESPN, and ESPNApp. BBC will be broadcasting the championship in United Kingdom. Australia fans can watch it on Fox Sports. Star India will be broadcasting it in India.

As the tournament moves to its final phase, there have been some surprising results. Out of the four top seeded players only Roger Federer remains in the tournament. Andy Murray, Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal are out of the tournament. Defending champion Andy Murray lost to Sam Querrey in quarterfinals by 3–6, 6–4, 6–7(4–7), 6–1, 6–1. Second seeded Novak Djokovic retired in the quarterfinals against Tomas Berdych. Fourth seeded Rafael Nadal lost to Gilles Muller in a marathon match in fourth round.
7 times Wimbledon champion Roger Federer is playing for his 18th Grand Slam title. He defeated Milos Raonic in quarterfinals by 6–4, 6–2, 7–6(7–4) and stormed into semifinals. He will play against Tomas Berdych in the semifinals. Sam Querrey will play against Marin Cilic in the second semifnal.
In Ladies’ category Venus Williams will play Garbine Muguruza in finals. Fourteenth seeded Garbine Muguruza defeated Magdalena Rybarikova in straight sets by 6-1, 6-1 while Venus Williams defeated local girl Johanna Konta in straight sets by 6-4, 6-2. None of the four top seeded could make it to the finals.
Top seeded Angelique Kerber lost to the finalist Garbine Muguruza in fourth round. Second seeded Simona Halep lost to Johanna Konta in quarterfinals. Third seeded Karolina Pliskova lost to Magdalena Rybarikovva in second round. Fourth seeded Elina Svitolina lost to Jelena Ostapenko in fourth round. Defending champion Serena Williams is not playing due to her pregnancy.
