In SmackDown Live Results we got one of the big announcement made by Commissioner Shane, McMahon for upcoming pay per view Money In The Bank. Things did not go well for the phenomenal one and Jonh Cena missed yet another Smackdown Live Episode.
SmackDown Live Commissioner Shane, McMahon made a huge announcement past week by scheduling a 5-way elimination match to determine no.1 contender for women’s title. This match was scheduled to take place this week. However, as soon as all the divas came into the ring all hell break loose.
The divas of women’s division didn’t even wait for the bell to ring and started hitting each other. Charlotte slammed Natalya hard to the announce table.
The Shane arrived on the scene and dropped a bomb when he announced first every women’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match.
This match was made up after Shinsuke Nakamura arrived on the Kevin Ownes Highlight Reel. Things get uglier when Baron Corbin and Sami Zayn also joined the Highlight Reel.
Nakamura and Zayn who were riding the momentum of their recent wins continued to impress. They won the physical tag team match as the big clashed for Kevin Owens and Baron Corbin. The match ended when Nakamura hit his signature Kinshasha to seal the deal on Owens.
The longest reigning tag team champion “New Day” came SmackDown with a huge announcement. The new day announced at Money In the Bank pay per view the would be challenging the tag team Champions The Usos.
This was the main event of SmackDown Live where two of the best athletes of SmackDown Live squared off. Keeping the pay per view Money In The Bank in mind, it was a race of momentum.
It was closely fought match which saw near fall after near fall. Both the superstars refused to give up in a bid to build momentum. However, it was Ziggler who came on top. He used every means possible for the win. Ziggler avoided a near defeat by gouging the eyes of Styles when he had the Calf Crusher locked in. Then he picked up the win by perfectly timed superkick on Styles.
