Qatar MotoGP 2018 FP3:

It was a disappointing start for the MotoGP legend Valentino Rossi as he crashed out during FP3.

Johann Zarco the Frenchman was the fastest in FP3 he clocked 1’54.966 and achieved a speed of 333.3 km/hrs. Dovizioso who dominated FP1 & FP2 on Friday was 7th in FP3 with the timing of 1’55.980 and achieved a speed of 342.6 km/hrs. Last year MotoGP champion Marquez was in the fourth position in FP3, he achieved a speed of 337.8 km/hrs and clocked 1’55.750. The signs were not good for last year Qatar GP winner Maverick Vinales, he finished FP3 at the 20 position with the timing of 1’57.118 and speed of 332.8 km/hrs.

Johann Zarco already showed in the final practice race his intention for the day, and boy! he really delivered. He did it in fantastic style by scoring the fastest lap he claimed the first pole of 2018.

The Frenchman really burned the rubber on Losail International as he claimed the first pole of 2018. Zarco was followed by 2017 champion Marc Marquez. Dovizioso finished 5 while the Doctor slipped to 8th position.
