A new craze in the country for this game which is called Pro Kabaddi League. This is a new format of this game like Indian Premier Game T20 Cricket tournament. This PKL is started to bring this game into the limelight like Cricket. It is played not only in India but Internationally as well. It started in 2014 with inaugural 2014 edition of the tournament being played between eight franchises representing eight Indian cities respectively.
