Pakistan came to Headingley brimming with confidence from epic win in first test at Lords. They won the toss and decided to bat, but their decision was soon proved wrong as the pace trio of Anderson, Broad & Woakes sent Pakistan packing for 170 in just 48.1 overs. After the defeat in the fist test at historic Lords ground, England will definitely look to make a come back. They got good record on Headingley ground. But at the moment they are struggling with injuries, their premier all rounder Ben Stokes is doubtful for the second game. Sam Curran has been called as the back up, the other change they made by Mark Stoneman, they called in Keaton Jennings in his place.
In the first test England couldn’t even last for 5 days, match ended on day 4 with Pakistan winning with 9 wickets. England was bundled out for mere 184 in the first innings and they manged on 242 in second innings.
