Mumbai Indians Posted An Emotional Tweet After Actor Sushant Singh Rajput Demise

The untimely demise of young talented actor Sushant Singh Rajput has sent the entire nation in the shock wave. Mumbai Indians recently posted an emotional tweet about the young actor which quotes the statement of Digvijay Deshmukh. Digvijay Deshmukh is the kid who played the role of Ali in Sushant’s debut movie Kai Po Che, Sushant played the role of his cricketing mentor in the movie.

“He was passionate about cricket. On the last day of the shoot, I had promised him I’d not meet him till I became a decent level cricketer. This year, when I got selected to play for Mumbai Indians, I decided to meet him but then the lockdown happened and now he is no more,” Deshmukh was quoted as saying by Hindustan Times.

Mumbai Indians has singed Deshmuk for IPL 2020 season in the December auction.
