  • Mercedes was seen struggling in Qualifying after their better show on Friday.
  • Ferrari up the ante just when it mattered and thus end the Mercedes dominance in Qualifying at Chinese GP

  • Kimi Raikkonen was one of the better drivers unit Vettel pushed it extremely hard to manage the pole position.
  • His timings was 1:31:095 while teammate Raikkonen managed 1:31.182.
  • Lewis Hamilton who was on the top in 2nd qualifying race could not improve much he took forth position with the timings of 1:31.675 while his fellow teammate Bottas managed 3rd position with the timings of 1:31.625.

  • The Qualifying did not go well for Redbull either.
  • They took 5th and 6th position, Max Verstappen qualified at 5th position while Ricciardo at 6th
